Titaniun keyring carabiner

Last year, trawling for Christmas presents, I came across a keyring carabiner that is just the job to replace the one I've carried for 25 years. It included a hex spanner hole and a small rule and cost about £15. Now I can't find it anywhere.

I've tried Heinnie Haynes and EDC but with no luck. Does it ring a bell with anyone?
