Tiny 3 bladed folding knife

Hello restored this little beauty I found at a flea market. 3 blades and 1 file. Very slim profile! Sharpened it and all 3 blades are hair poping sharp now. No play in the folding mechanism. I wonder how old i could be. It was made in Eskilstuna Sweden. Nice for EDC . The ruler is in cm.

What a lovely thing Neat and slim and not a burden or bulk to carry. A little useful tool at hand in a pocket.
Was it made as a souvenir gift perhaps ?

That really is a very attractive little item and looks to be in tip-top condition, too.

The logo on the knife is Västerbottens landskapsvapen https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Västerbottens_landskapsvapen so I think it was some sort of souvenir.
