Time out?

The site seems to be about one hour slow I post for example 22:00 it shows my post was done at 21:00 not sure if it is me checked my clocks I am on right time just the site is slow

Can anyone exlain

Go to "user cp" then click on "edit options", finally scroll down and find time and date settings.

Will probably be your DST (daylight saving time) settings needd to be set to automatic, but that is just a guess.
