A fellow media producer with an interest in self-reliance and sustainability has produced an extended documentary series that starts today.

It's called the Search for Sustainability.

During this series, which broadcasts online between November 1st - 12th, a myriad of speakers will discuss a host of important issues, such as:
  • Taking back control of our food, health, water, and energy supplies
  • Implementing simple and no-cost methods for living harmoniously with the land and our surrounding environment
  • Learning to grow our own food in a sustainable and regenerative way
  • Utilizing herbal medicines and natural remedies to live healthier
  • Creating and participating in local co-ops, farmers markets, and food growing networks to build our local economy
  • And much more
All this and more will be shared at no cost during this internationally broadcasted 12-part documentary series.

interesting indeed.
Just did a blogpost on sustainability in regard to higher education; a lecture by Prof. Arjen Wals I went to, when he visited Falun a few weeks ago.
He made some very interesting points, that deserve more attention and thought.
