I searched through and put thirty pounds worth of books in my basket, but, to checkout I have to give my email and sign up for an account...no option to check out as a guest...... it's a peeve and I don't give in.

Thank you for the recommendation on the book though :)
You can use an email alias service like SimpleLogin to hide you real one. Useful in this day and age of constant email address hoarding by companies.

That looks like it might be good for dogsbodying, save my expensive jackets getting abused. How do they deal with rain?

Not sure of the attitude to Mountain Warehouse on here, but some of their stuff isn't too bad, especially if you require larger sizes that more desirable brands simply don't offer. Anyway, they're offering free delivery until the 2nd, plus you can get another 15% off with the code SAVE15AFF30 Not sure what the limitations on that are, but if that fails, WELCOME10 should at least give you 10%.

Their sales can turn up some bargains, but its consumer level gear I suppose. Have some decent things from there - 10 000 mm head rain coat is lasting well - and some not so good - zip off trousers that were very light and not very robust, fraying too easily.

In the Mountain Warehouse shop in the Designer outlet centre in Swindon (Dont know where this offer is nationwide) they are selling mens fleece zip neck jumpers, £10.

Grey, fawn, black, shocking pink, I think there may be green.

If they are anything like the similar one I have, a good find.

Yep.
Available @ mountain warehouse on line @ £9.99 + pp.

Men’s and women’s

Don’t know what sizes are available because I’m not signing up for anything to find out.

New Mountain Warehouse at Galagher Retail Park in Dundee, got a couple of Snowdon II fleece half zip "jumpers" for £25.

Didn't have the Camber II in new store which is what I suspect are the £9.99 ones as they are being replaced by the Snowdon II's

I don't understand Heinnie's description... Among the list of features:

Wire cutters
...
Metal Saw
Wood Saw
...
Wire cutter, bender and scraper
...
Hard wire cutter

Looking at the image, I see only one saw. Or maybe the file has teeth cut along the edge? Tiny teeth.

And what's going on with the "Wire cutters", "Wire cutter" and "Hard wire cutter"? Are there really three tools there for cutting wires?

The file does indeed have a metal saw edge, if it's anything like mine. The wire cutter is at the very base of the plier jaws, and I think what mean is there's a bit for harder wire (the less acute bit) and for softer wire (the more acute bit). There's also a wire stripper on one of the tools but it only works on one dimension of wire and sheathing as it's fixed, so you can use the wire cutters instead if controlled.

Dragonfly sold out quickly, probably a good thing, I’m a sucker for the yellow FRN. :)
