I love this spot in the woods, the bluebells are interspersed with Solomons Seal. As the sean profresses more white comes in and the blue fades out. A truly spectacular spot

Very nice!
Our Blueballs are nowherenear flowering yet - but my little spot is the best Bluebell wood in the area!
I am looking forward to the next few weeks!

Thats why yours are having a lie in.

Everythings early here - I'm earthing up spuds already!

We must compare woods sometime ;)

Nice spot. Does the hazel coppice provide much?

Well here in West Yorkshire the bluebells are doing well as are most other things. Plenty of Wild Garlic around.

Any of you know what the Yellow flower is?

Poisonous raw - allegedly edible cooked - also makes a good pile ointment :)

Not up North....just as far West as you can go in Wales then back off a bit out of the salt water.....
Now I am not saying the Welsh (especially not the Cardis) are tight, but even the flowers do not like sharing anything for free - not even their good looks!:D

Feel free to drop in anytime you are in the land of song and leeks!
