My pc is too slow lol, by the time I see a target rotating its gone!

I think the biggest scores are from splitting the target, I think three quick arrows splits a target.

Sneaky hint for getting through the second round and finals, go to the left between the tree and the bush and just concentrate on the far targets. When you get an outlaw three quick shots splits him.
