If it's hosted on photobucket you need to decrease the size before you upload it. If it's already uploaded I think you can reduce it in your album.

Dont know, but I would like to know how you get pictures to be that size. The only pictures I can load are thumbnails that you can click on to make them larger.

I just right clicked the pic from my blog. Then pasted in the blank field.

You should be able to change the size in blogspot when you edit/write your blog posts, it'll change it on your blog too though.
