Tanning deer hide

The hide i have is about 18 -24" wide and 48" long, I dont know if thats a big hide or not, I'd have said medium, how much mimosa would I need to tan this hide?

Thanks for the offer grooveski, but I think my employers would take a dim view of sending frozen brains in the post, it would probably be classed as a Biohazard or something, plus I doubt it would stay frozen long enough.

It would make our parcel store smell...'different' though
