SWAP: Snugpak SF zippered bivvi for NON-zippered version?

Hi guys I've got an olive green Snugpak SF bivvi, the half-zippered version in mint condition, no faults, all seem tape is 100% intact with original stuffsack, really just want to straight swap for the non-zippered version in olive green colour, but I will take black if I have to.

I was thinking of getting one of these because of the light weight and the zip for ease of access, curious about why you would prefer one without the zip if you don't mind me asking ?
