Though the sunken forest at Ceredigion is known, the recent storms have removed a huge swathe of peat and sand to show a great deal more than has been revealed before.
Archaeology; walkways, axe marks on oaks, hearths, etc., which would normally have decayed and rotted away, have also been preserved and revealed by the storms.
