My mate has now confirmed that SWHTBO has allowed him to come and play this weekend, so it's definitely 8 for the meal. Will be aiming to get to the Pub for midday. All three of us are looking forward to this.

The Ham smells beautiful as it cooks, need to look up when do I drizzle the chocolate glaze on, was it 15 or 10 mins before finish?
