I didn’t. I haven’t spoken to him in a long while, I’ll give him a shout. Never see him on forums. I’ve had a good few knives off him when britishblades was going strong and a fantastic forum.
He’s not around much in the forums anymore. But he’s certainly still doing his thing. And then some. Here’s a batch I've had off him not so long back. He just keeps improving. 
His knives were always lovely. I still have a few and had a Deval for a while. I always like his handles but some didn’t. Muntjac series were cracking stalking knives.
To be fair, the Deval handles were only made for my hands. So it’s not his fault that they don’t fit many other peoples
