Stuart Mitchell kitchen knife

It was my 33rd birthday earlier this month and I was lucky enough to get no33 on a run of 40, it was my gift from my wife.

I got some Elm burr from a trader on BB and copying Rapidboy's style I had a go at a squarish handle which I quite like.

I'm enjoying handling knives at the moment, there are a few more to come and there will be a couple going in the makers market in a month or so when I've finished other comissions, but for now.....

This is mine, all mine. We have two sets of kitchen knives, my sharp set, her,,,,,,well, frankly, blunt set.

SWMBO is overuled on this, she won't touch!

BB uses ours - I sharpen em though! I really like that a lot though - bung a sheath on and it would make a good Gaucho!
