Start of the year

Hi,

I'd like to share some photos from my latest trip with my friend. Plan was to ski about 8km's to a lavvu and set a hot tent there. Ice is quite thick already so we decided to go over lakes.



Moon was already watching us. Bright weather means quite cold night.


After couple of hours we were there, right before sunset.




I was quite right with the weather forecast.

It truly was a great weekend and all gear perfomed well in quite cold weather. I slept 9-10 hours on both nights.

"cheese on toast"? Cheese on toast?

I always thought that that was called English Pizza?

Actually those toasts under stove were pizza slices, but you get the idea. That worked just like a oven, I might try other foods aswell in the next trip.
