Spring has arrived in my garden.

Celandine, Crocus, Lungwort and Foxglove rosettes, Bluebells and Grape Hyacinth for the future.

The garden is littered with old logs that slowly rot providing not only nutrients, but provide habitat for all manner of bugs and beasties, which in turn bring in the birds and animals.

Tonic is that.

I spent last weekend hacking away at woodland brambles which isn't pleasant work shall we say,, but.. it more than made up for it seeing that new spring growth firing through.

I am under no illusion we are done with the cold yet but its start!

Can relate to the bramble clearing, done my fair share of that over the years, but yup, the new growth that comes through more than makes up for the pain
