Spoonage again

Spent some time over the past couple of days doing a bit of carving, made this spoon out of Ash, added an antler handle and capped it with a small piece of cherry i had lying around, what the photo's do not show is the almost mirror finish on the antler, it's polished up a treat.

Nice spoonage mate! I absolutely love the symmetrical grain pattern in the bowl and the antler handle is very posh Was it green ash?

Unfortunatley not, it was well seasoned and a sod to carve, but it's still one of my favourites, purely because of the grain patterns you get in the finished articles
