Got round to finishing off one of the spoon blanks i made up the woods yesterday see this thread http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35783

Carved from a piece of well seasoned Ash, hard work, but worth it, the grain came out really well and should show up even more once it's been oiled up a few times.

Very nice mate - I like the way the knot is in the middle of the bowl - very symetrical

Well done! Seasoned ash tends to be really tough work so you've done a good job.
