We were thinking of spit roasting a small pig or half-pig over coals, I am wondering
a) Anybody has tried this? Is a reflector like this necessary / recommended?
b) Advice on cost of a pig / source? I am in Oxford and was hoping to walk into the covered market butchers, but I am worried they will overcharge me
