South East wales, any people about?

I'm 21 and nobody I know is remotely into outdoors/bushcrafting etc. joined the forum to see if I could join a community and maybe find some mates who are up for wild camping, bushcraft days, walking, going up the Brecon Beacons etc. everyone I know either can't comprehend that I'm doing something other with my time than clubbing - or just plain aren't interested in the outdoors. Don't mind going all 'lone wolf' style but would be nice to have a decent bunch of people interested in the same thing like..

Im in newport mate. Doesn't seem too many people around this area at all! Ive done the same as you but its a nightmare to get people together for camps
