South America Indigineous Tribes?

Howdy,

After some fascinating experiences with the Eban tribe in Borneo with Stuart from this forum, I'm currently looking to do a similar thing in South America, but am rather stumped as on where to start.

Does anyone have any ideas on contacts or organisers who may be able to assist. Ideally they would be located in the Amazon region, but I'll be in South America for a little over two months, starting April of this year.

Can only speak of Brazil, but I am sure there are many more options.

We went to Manaus and contacted several " agencies" there. Most of them did the standard tours, some will offer a more remote experience with not frequentely visited tribes.

One of the tribes we were at only had contact with the outside world since the last 20 years...
