Sourcing wood pigeon

Having spent sunday learning (amongst other things) how to prep a pigeon, I'm keen to do this at home.

However, I can't remember the term for when buying them "whole". On the wing? On the feather?

And does anyone know of any game dealers in the North Bucks area?

If I were you I would ask nicely on a site like pigeon watch, someone local would probably sort you out for free.
