I used to use Sorel all the time in the arctic, and would suggest getting them a least a size bigger than you normally wear. If its the ones with compression straps on then even better. you need to let the blood circulate which doesn't happen in close fitting boots and why lots of people get cold feet. add to them some heavy 100% wool or 50/50 wool alpaca soaks and you'l be as warm as toast. However Im talking about boot i have 10 year + plus ago and can't speak for the brand quality now, but they used to have a very good name.
I'd watch the sizing Chris, my old Bighorns are a 12, plenty of room, I tried on some Conquests the same size and they were too small????
Maybe get the seller to measure the length of the inner felt boot?
Hmm, fair point mate, my thinking was, that as a deep cold boot they would be oversized.
I once tried on a pair of Caribous and the size 11 was too tight on my 9 1/2 sized feet!
