I'd say north west coast native american influenced from the bowl relief carving. It's a contempory piece if you follow links on the site. Some great original artefacts from that part of the world can be seen at the Sainsbury centre on the University of East Anglia campus amongst many other beautiful native artefacts and antiquities all for free.

I have no experience with this, I just thought that it looked like reliefs from aztec architecture that I have seen in books but you are probably right I haven't looked at the rest of the site just the picture in the link!
