Snugpak Sleeka Lite

Any experiences with the Sleeka Lite from Snugpak?
I´m wondering if it´s a good mid-layer.

OK. So I bought it a few days ago. A very good jacket, lightweight, warm.
The idea: ullfrotte underwear (400) and an 65/35 Polyester/cotton overall as shell.
When rain gets too heavy and you get cold, take the sleeka lite as mid-layer.
No Gore-tex, no extra smock;
I think nothing beats an overall (less ticks, no suspenders/ belt, warm)
