Snail Farming

I've been thinking about staring a bit of snail farming as a hobby. I no it's a long shot but has anybody tried it.

I've got a huge snail farm... my garden and local woodland. Thousands of the species that those pesky Romans introduced for food.

There is a growing market for snails in restaurants though.

Giant African land snails, I don't know how they taste though.
