Hi all,
I have just registered here today 09/03/06. I recently bought a handmade knife from Mr Stewart Marsh. To say the knife is perfect is an understatement and there are simply no words that can truely describe it. Stewart :You_Rock_ and if anyone is looking to buy a knife he is the man you see. He has been helpfull all the way and i would recomend him to anyone as he is polite and everything. I am truely happy with the way it all happened and the delivery of the knife and packageing was brilliant. He is a true person to the art of craftsmanship and i give him 100 out of 10 for everything. Thanks again Stew you don't know how much it means to me ( i have been looking for a knife like this for years ).
Many thanks

Brett Seymour

Hey,
Thanks for the welcome. He no longer sells from this site but it shows you abit about it all (http://www.highseats.co.uk/handmade_knives.htm). He sells the knives on ebay now and has one for sale at the moment. His ebay ID is stewlyn and i can tell you that the knives are not cheap, but they are worth more than they sell for.

Thanks

Brett Seymour

I have a pair of SM knives, one for myself and one was a Christmas gift for my son. Stewart is definately a true craftsman and a fine person! I am really, really pleased with my SM knife and have ordered another from Stewart which should be done within a month or so. I am looking forward to another.
I really recommend his knives, they are everything you could hope for. I have used mine since December now and it is still as sharp as the day I opened the package. Stewart Marsh has a brand new knife making grinder also of his own creative design that should make the knives even better. Cheers and good luck with bidding on the SM knife, you'll be pleased if you get one!

Stewart has made me 3 of his excellent BUSHCRAFTERS now but with a little extra weight to them , because he made them for me out of 1/4 Inch Tool Steel

I know you are all thinking thats far to thick but for me they work really well they give you a full feel in the hand parden my turn of frase ;) , But give you the feeling that you could chop a tree down with them!!!
I agree I think :You_Rock_ Stew and i hope you go on to make many more knives in the future :lmao: :lmao

I've had an SM knife for getting on for just over a year now and I like it a lot.

Can also recommend Stewart for his after sales service which is excellent.
