This is the jam funnel Mors

11 - fill by British Red, on Flickr

Basically a wide shallow funnel with a large opening. Means you don't spill lovely jam on the work surface :)

Only cost a few euros

I use it mostly with meat. It is excellent with pheasant, rabbit and venison. Nice with duck too. I have eaten it on toast and its nice and sharp. Wants a good wholemeal toast with pumpkin seeds in, nothing like plastic white bread!
