It is one of the reasons I swear by wool blankets, I can hide my head under them from the glair of sunrise and not get damp. Alcohol makes wake early even when I am at home in my own bed, it alright for getting you off the sleep, but the qualitity and quantity of the sleep is normally really poor for me if I go to bed drunk.
