The issue mat is okay but can be cold when the temperature drops. Have a look in go outdoors, they do a well made full length mat by Hi Gear for about £20.

If you can stretch your budget to £50 you can pick up the dirtbag mat by alpkit, A bit more bulky but very thick and comfortable.

Hi,

I can recommend the Hi-Gear Ultralite 3/4 length mat. It's currently £19.97, is 4cm thick when inflated, pretty light and packs down to the same sort of size as a nalgene bottle. You can also get a full length version for an extra fiver but in all honesty the full length isn't necessary. I've used it quite a bit over the last couple of years and it's held up well. The important point is what was said earlier - prepare your sleeping area, don't over inflate and don't over tighten the valve. Honour those rules and you should be a happy camper!

I quite like the look of this, 6cm thick, 600g roughly, insulated with primaloft synthetic, for 50 quid.
