The honesty of the sleeping bag ratings system is always a difficult one to call and I doubt you can draw any truly accurate results from the experiences of others on an internet forum.
We are so individual in the way we sleep, and the same person can have two quite different experiences on two consecutive nights in the same sleeping bag (depending on outside temperature, wind speed, whether they've eaten close to bedtime, had a warm drink or even a schnaps )
I can vouch for the Haglöf Goga bags and especially like the structure at the foot-end, which keeps toes nice and toasty (Hands warm, head warm, feet warm, and you're usually ok)
