What do you use,silk,thermalon,fibre pile???

Fibre pile. I'd just get tangled up in silk i toss and turn that much

How much extra warmth do they add to your sleeping kit? A full season???

Silk - packs down tiny, weighs next to nothing and is a great insualtor (Oh and it feels good too!)

Im taking a gelert fleece liner with a 1/2 season sleeping bag to go in my hammock, for a five day trail that im starting tommorrow eek: ). Ill let you know how it performs.

I use a fleece sleeping bag liner that I bought in Canada in bed! It goes into a duvet cover and I use it as a duvet. It is a bit heavier than a duvet, but not quite as warm. Both qualities I like in sleeping gear at home!
