Shiney pointy thing with camo sheath

I was given this a while ago and know nothing about it apart from its about 10 years old and never been used. The gold part of the handle is metal and the green bits are plastic. Blade is 20cm and the O.A.L is 32 cm. I have no interest in it but someone else might, maybe re-handle it.....
