This week i went on a seashore forage day with John from River cottage and had an excellent day of learning and laughs thoroughly soaked with cider apple brandy which was started at 8:45am six bottles later we were served up with a fine 3 course meal at River cottage including items we had foraged razor clams, muscles, clams welks, sea beat, spider brown and velvet swimming crabs.all cooked by the head chef.
All in all a great day and i'd reccomend the course i'll be doing a few others.
