Hi everyone
I thought I would mention this book if you all don't have it already!
It's called 'Seaweed and eat it; a family foraging and coooking adventure' (byFiona Houston and Xa Milne)
It's not Ray Mears 'Wild Food' or 'Food for Free' but it is an excellent 'family orientated' book for perhaps those less hardened bushcrafter who might forage and create at home, though I'm sure some of the recipies are doable on a camp fire too. Very readable and user friendly and inspires you to want to give it a go.
Despite the title there is one section on the seaside and the rest includes, normal herbacious plants we can all find, trees, blossom, berries, shellfish and mushrooms. By no means an expansive work but an inclusive family (or with friends) book!
