scottish land and water access rights

just thought i'd put in a link to info. about the scottish outdoor access code for anyone who's interested.

I was given an excellent book at a national heritage stall, printed by the scottish national heritage, that is a pretty extensive guide for both the public and land managers on access rights for land and waterways in scotland, with lots of guidelines on how to exercise those rights responsibly.
