As per the title guys :)

Looking for a general use knife and really like the look of the schrade pro hunter on heinnie. Would be up for other suggestions/offers as well though of a similar style bushy knife ;-)

I do have some bits and pieces to swap that ill list later but paydays coming up so I wouldn't be against splashing the cash as well ;-)

I think as it is called a pro hunter you will find it is hollow ground, this gives excellent cutting abilities on meat but makes it a bit harder to carve with. As most bush craft activities and makes require the cutting or carving of wood, I would advise buying a flat ground Mora for around a tenner and if you really feel flush buy a Mora crook knife as well.

Cheers for that :)
I've got a mora but just fancied something a bit nicer and less plastics ;-)

Mora classic No1 £12 though you'll need a new sheath, or some inner tube round the the top to hold the knife securely
