I made a wee video of my shelter building and thought you guys might like to see.

The woodland is only about 30m wide and 200 m long but it's not far from home so it's a nice place to practice, wouldn't want to stay there for days as theres a moderately busy road 100 metres away.

It took about 4 hours to make but i'm going back tomorrow to add more debris on top as there are still a few pinpricks of light visible inside and i might enclose the front a bit more if i want to sleep in it.

I lit the fire with feathersticks using a ferro rod, the bipod at the front of the shelter is lashed with birch twigs.

Yup, there's an ambient soundtrack of snapping twigs and distant traffic

Thanks guys, it was fun but really tiring to do.

There should be sound though you can hear cars in the background which ruins it a bit.
