SatMap Active 10 - good price on ebay

I was tempted to make an offer but it's nearly £150 for a map of my county and i'd want more than just that so it's huge money. I think the unit is a good price but facilitating it's use makes it a never going to happen item :(
 
I picked up the northern GB map at 1:50k for £95 which I don't think is too bad, the individual counties can be had for about £20 at 1:50k or £40 for 1:25k.

There are some good bundles like all the National Parks for about £50.

I think I'll probably use the northern GB most of the time and maybe add some of the 1:25k maps of regular haunts like the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.

These guys seem to be fairly reasonable ...

Hmmm that 1:25k price is a fair old hike up from the £30 for the 1:50k :eek:

It looks like OS have split the bigger counties down into halves, if you buy them as a single then it's a bit harsh on the old wallet.

I like the option of having a 1:25k 1000sq km area of your choice for £77, I might have to look into that.
