Perfect working order but with some small marks and nics on the body and small scratches on the screen which are not noticeable when the phone is on.

Excellent phone, I had one. Being a nexus phone, they are guaranteed updates on day 1. This handset will be getting 4.4 kitkat next month while others are still awaiting 4.3.

Right now its sold, it went on ebay within 2minutes. Hasnt paid for it yet though so at the moment its subject to payment..

It is/was sim free. As in I've taken the sim out - but its locked to O2 which I think is what you were asking ;-) ..
