Two parcels sent first class signed for.
Now Tuesday and neither delivered.
This is gonna put me out of pocket by quite a lot of cash.

But conversely I sent one Monday and it arrived Tuesdayprobably due to a shortage of staff due to Corvid Virus, I am in the same boat, posted yesterday 1st Class signed for, but in reality they don't guarantee delivery next day, though they do get there most of the time, no use worrying for 10 days, which gets you worrying anyway.
I am sure they will turn up tomorrow.
Claim it back on insurance. Two parcels sent first class signed for.

Why is it going to put you out a lot of cash?
Probably the value of the goods are not covered by the cost of 1st class postage ...if expensive then always use special delivery
I don't think it works like that with 1st class ...if it is expensive then they say use special deliveryOr just pay a bit extra and top up the insurance to the necessary level.
Like most insurance it will seem to be a waste of money (until the day you make a claim)
Yeah. The stuff that really needs insurance is uninsurable.I was shocked recently at the DPD list of restricted items... camera’s, turntables etc..
