Exactly, don't bother with some petition. petitions are an easy way to ignore thousands of peoples plees in one go. Write indivdual letters that they have to store, open and read!

Am I to take it that letters to government bodies (i.e. the RM) aren't considered as public records with a duty for the recieving agency to record or preserve for a public records request? (or the UK equivalent)
