I have a set of chains. You are welcome to borrow (passaround?) Not sure what a chain relascope is???? Please enlighten me. I have a tree inclinometer. Nearly used it the other day too. Swyn. 
Relascopes are used to calculate the timber volume of a stand by using the basel area of them.
You also get Prism relscope to do the same thing.
