I've just thrown his ancient Berghaus one in the bin. After 20 years of use it's delaminated in behind the mesh across the shoulders.

I did look at Berghaus, but £200+ to stuff in a pocket seems a tad overkill.

I like Rohan, am still wearing Rohan kit I bought thirty years ago.....might go and have a nosey there, but suspect it's much like the Berghaus these days.

I still have a 30 year old Rohan jacket, it's still shower proof, but the stuff in the Rohan shop in Chester looks more designed for fashionable streetwear than the outdoors; but maybe that's what he needs.

I use the Regatta pack away stuff. It comes in a range of sizes.
He may want to re-pack it as it comes in the usual salami shape which isn’t the best for a pocket.
I bet you have a flat bag that would work.
Used the same for emergencies, one is still in my car

Rohan certainly used to be something, I have a number of vintage items, I guess they will wear out eventually, but so will I.
