Agreed, it's too heavy for those walls. Shortens the room. Would've made awesome flooring. Great wood though.

I'm not sure if it's hard enough for flooring. Maybe.

Something about it doesn't look quite right to me either; but I was thinking more that I don't like the white accents.

Well I'm going to dissent and say that I like it. The main thing of course is that Santaman does, and it is a great bit of recycling.

No, not mine. The pix are from the company that does the work. They post them on FB on occasion to share some of the projects made from the reclaimed river logs. I've shared their posts on here a few times previously. Their title for this particular one referenced a conference room so I imagine it's at their own office.

I like this one in a way, but have to agree, it's not their most spectacular work. Search back through some of my older threads for other examples. They all have "reclaimed river logs" or similar in the titles.
