Hi all,
I think there has been a post on this already but I couldn't find it, if someone could give me the link if it exists ! Also in all honest how difficult is it?? I only have 1 mora and if I re-handle and screw it up, i'll have no moras!!! Cheers all

First as saddle tramp says search for soem thtreads

Though my real advice is to buy a blank (or kit) some wood etc and start from scratch the tang will be easier to work with

Like mentioned if you fancy a project you could do much worse than a kit from Brisa or one of the Karesuando (sp?) kits which I think are now avaliable from Heinnie Haynes (about £20)

You can also get some really nice blades from a place called attleborough accessories (no connection etc, apart from a very satisfied customer.)That would give you a chance to try your hand before setting to on the Mora. if you do a search for "my first attempt at rehandling" it will bring up a thread with a write up I did on my try at rehandling http://www.bushcraftuk.com/index.php/Forums.html

this was my first attempt (and favourite so far)
