Pardon my ignorance but what's the difference? (having never seen any RM stuff)

I watched a couple of these last night on the travel channel. They were billed as per Dark Horse Dave's post. They were very similar to the original programmes but with slight editing differences to highlight tasks/skills in my view.

Anyone else see them?
