ray mears pyramid eco sleep system dvd

I was wondering if some kind sole could lend me their DVD to have a look at how one of the systems is set up so that I could adapt some of methods to my own please. I know it only costs a fiver, but with kids starting the new term, things are a little tight to say the least.

Any help would be appreciated.....
