I read his book recently which I enjoyed. I also think Desert island discs is great but this one seems like she just picked points from his book and re-quoted them.
I wish they could have taken a different tack.

I caught it later on the bbc website, Quite enjoyed it, He seemed very relaxed talking about his private life, Never Knew he was in a helicopter crash though.
