Can't help you with leather, but I do have a nice leather pouch that is in 2 sections and would take a folder/SAK in one and a multitool in the other.

Actually mate. I do have a pair of builders type boots that I was going to recycle and use to make a sheath for my folding saw. They are mid calf in a light brown colour and in good nick. I can easily cut one of them up to give you more than enough to make a Laplander sheath.
